With its well-preserved historical cachet, the Gilles-Hocquart exhibition hall is a multifunctional room that can accommodate your workshops, conferences, cocktails or festive meals.

Rates for commercial organizations

For an 8-hour day: $1 136 (fixed rate)
Each additional hour: $155

For a period of 4 hours or less: $757 (fixed rate)

Mandatory service (minimum of 4 hours)

Security guard: $40 / hour

Other service (minimum of 4 hours)

Technician: $64 / hour

Rates for non-profit organizations

For an 8-hour day: $815 (fixed rate)
Each additional hour: $135

For a period of 4 hours or less: $543 (fixed rate)
Each additional hour: $135

Security guard: $40 / hour

Other service (minimum of 4 hours)

Technician: $64 / hour

Additional services provided by an event manager

Rate: $80 / hour

Any work done by an event manager in excess of the number of hours stipulated in a venue rental or loan agreement will be billed by BAnQ at the rate of $80 / hour.

N.B.:

BAnQ could demand the presence of security guards and technicians, depending on the nature of the event.

The rental of conference and reception rooms includes room set-up.
