Log in using your 8-digit BAnQ client number and the email address registered to your account. If you have not entered an email address in your account, you can call us at 514 873-1100, option 2 (in the Montréal area) or 1 800 363-9028, option 2 (from elsewhere in Québec) and we will add it for you.
Click on the Submit button. You will receive an email explaining the next step.
The link in the email will be valid for an hour. It will direct you to a page where you can create your new password
Should the link expire before you have done this, you will be asked to submit a new request.
