Enter the email address registered to your BAnQ account. If you have not entered an email address in your account, you can call us at 514 873-1100, option 2 (in the Montréal area) or 1 800 363-9028, option 2 (from elsewhere in Québec) to add one or recover your client number.
Click on the Submit button. You will receive an email with your client number.
